Answer #1

Answer: Older adults are at high risk of developing heart diseases. The heart disease increases the risk of chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes etc. The increased blood flow in the heart may causes rapid heart rate and hence heart muscles requires more energy to work. This may cause stress on the heart and hence leads to heart attack. Patient with heart disease are at high risk of cardiac attack, myocardial infarction etc.

It is important to maintain healthy weight, eating foods that are rich in omega fattu acids which keeps heart healthy. Physical activities such as walking is important as it maintains the blood pressure and reduces the risk of developing other diseases.
