The changes I think will make grocery stores more elderly friendly places to shop and will help you to improve your nutritional health include having a special aisle carrying lean protein products such as the lean meats, seafood, eggs, beans. Fruits and vegetables that are colored such as orange, red, green, purple having lots of antioxidants. Whole grains such as brown rice, whole wheat pasta and low-fat dairies such as milk and its alternatives. There should be a separate aisle carrying all these products close to the entrance.
