Answer #1

Answer: Non verbal communications also have quite good impact on the person. Non verbal communication includes eye contact, gestures, attention etc.

Eye contact is one of the best among all the non verbal gesture as it shows that the person is interested in talking to someone and paying more attention. Non verbal communications have much impact on the listener or the communicators. For example: A patient is mentioning his problem to the physician, the gestures and eye contact of the physician shows that he is interested and listening attentively about the problem. This increases trust between the listener and communicator.

The non verbal communications can be used at the place where words are not possible to use such as showing sympathy etc. The gestures used while explaining things to the Patients also enhances the understanding ability of the patient as it is more effective.
