Answer: Type II diabetes is a condition where the blood glucose level increases. It is necessary to manage the Blood glucose level.

Some of the barriers to the compliance of patients with type II diabetes as :

  • Lack of awareness
  • Don't have self control
  • Poor lifestyle
  • Intake of caffeinated beverages
  • Smoking or Alcoholism
  • Lack of physical activities

These barriers can be eradicated by creating awareness among the patients, proper teachings and care plan should be explained. Indulgence of physical activities such as walking, jogging etc .Keeping oneself hydrated as well as quit smoking.
