The combination of Cozaar(losartan) and Lozol(indapamide) should be avoided.

when indapamide is taken along with other drugs that lower BP the blood pressure lowering effects can be increased .so when it is taken along with losartan which is also a BP lowering drug it might lower BP too much.so the combination of losarten and indapamide should be avoided.

it is also found that the addition of losartan could offset the hyperuricaemic effect of indapamide administration.
