HR planning and analysis.	Proper planning of objectives which are required for the growth of an health care organization like planning of manpower requirement,availability of equipments,efffective utilization of employees etc and analysing current situations to make changes for future growth of the institution.
Staffing.	It includes recruitment,training ,transfer and promotion of staffs in an organization.
HR development.	It includes programs for improving skills and perfomance level of workers in an organization and motivate them to provide quality of care to enhance the professional standard of an organization.
Compensation and benefits.	It is a part of HR to make policies about benefits and compensation of workers in an organization which include retirement plans,annual leaves,rewards for better perfomance etc.
Health,safety and security.	It is a part HR focus on health,safety and security of all workers in an organization which include insurance plans,safety measures like proper waste management,adequate ventilation,secure environment,physical or psychological abuse against staffs etc.
