1.Malnutrition refers to deficiency or lack of certain or all nutrients in the diet.In cancer patients nearly 80% of patient have this serious side effects and the leading cause of death

2.The major risk factors of malnutrition are

• Gastrointestinal :nausea,vomiting, bowel problems,anorexia
• Respiratory :COPD
• Disease:cancer
• Dental issues
• Head injuries
• Food intolerance
• Particular or monotonous diet

Screening of malnutrition enables to identify and pre bet any major health complications earlier and treat I it.

3.The possible signs of malnutrition which enables diagnosis are

• Loss of weight
• Inability to eat or anorexia
• Muscle loss
• Sever fatigue, not interested in eating food
• This patients have a poor thermoregulations.Unable to tolerate cold.

4.Cancer now a days can occur due to varied reasons .For instance if an young individual is having fast foods for a prolonged period of time which is available in his environment and eats due to peer pressure .The preservatives and additives can slowly alter the genes or mutate it causing cancer in later part of life.Simultaneously if the young individual gives rise to a child, that child is predisposed for getting cancer due to parents DNA.Even if an individual working in a radiation exposure area,thus leads to genetic changes which can impact the dietary habits and completely contributing to get cancer.
