client was feeling as a loser and resentment that why is she suffering from this disease as she had done nothing wrong to anyone.

PSW action is to help him to get her up and schedule activities according to her capacity. Worker should actively listen client and be empathetic. Worker should plan such activities for client that she should complete and feel victorious in a way and feel motivate for something more.
