Liver is an accessory digestive gland situated in the right upper quadrant of the abdominal cavity.

Liver secretes bile and helps in digestion. Other important functions of liver include metabolism, protein synthesis, glycogen storage and hormone production

Liver sinusoids are type of capillaries which are composed of discontinuius endothelium and kupffer cells.

Sinusoidal endothelial cells are porous and take part in the metabolic and clearance functions of the liver.

They help in endocytosis and metabolism of of macromolecules like glycoproteins, lipoproteins, extracellular matrix components.

The answer is sinusoid capillary.
