Changes are one of the necessary thing which has to be implemented by an organization for its upliftment and growth continuously.

The major external forces for change are the demographic aspects, culture and diversity, technology,political changes,customer preferences choices,social changes,competition ,etc.,The external environment can impact the change strategy by accepting or rejecting a new change in the society, The economic growth towards loss or gain,the political parties brings about the changes by implementing new policies, rules and regulations. The leader plays a role by approaching it in two ways either by reactive method 9r by proactive method.
