In openended question we can ask some questions in which the person need to give a full explanation of the matter what he or she is going through.we can encourge him or her to open their mind inorder to share their doubts or confusions regarding any disease conditions or otherthings.eg.why you seems to be so anxious?

Refelective lustening means active lustening. We should carefully listen to the person what he is saying.then understand it.when the person notice that you are intrested to hear him then he will ready to share more with you.so that you can give suggestion to solve his problems.then ask him that does he understand why you are asking him to follow the advice which you are given.this is reflective listening.listen to the person ,give feed back and check what he understood.

Affirmation indicates psycholgical support.provide counselling to get out from the emotionel problems.provide mental support by giving solutions to the persons problem.

Summarise the topic what you are talking about.ask questions if you are not clear with any thing.ask him what he understood from the conversation.ask him that have you make everything clear or does he has any quesries.if not then we can wind up the talk.
