The preventive approaches to control the diabetes;

Diabetes is one of the most evolving disease in today's world. Researcher had not find the specific cause of this disease. Although there are certain risk factors which cause this disease such as unhealthy eating, poor in exercise, hereditary and so on.., which of these obesity is the major risk factor for causing these disease. So in order to prevent the disease the individual must need to know about the risk factor or the causative factor of these disease.

In this Paper, it provides three main approaches which prevent the disease, such as

  1. Healthy diet
  2. Exercise
  3. Knowledge and Awareness.

1) Healthy Diet;

  • Diet play an important role in making the individual healthy and unhealthy. If the individual consume good diet he will be healthy and free from obesity and he will be free from diabetes too. If he consume unhealthy diet eventually it leads him to diabetes.
  • Every individual should need to know how to eat the foods properly, before taking meals you should not drink water or fluids and after meals you should not take water for upto 30 mins.
  • Take the meals in a slow manner, don't eat too fast, grind it and chew it well inside your mouth so it will be easy for digestion
  • Eat high fiber foods and moderate calorie food, don't take high calorie and high carbohydrate food. Every individual should need to know that which kind of vitamins and energy in their  food items.
  • Always eat when your are hunger and don't eat unnecessary manner. Try to follow a good schedule.
  • Try to avoid consuming junk foods and restaurant items. Make good delicious food in home and have it.
  • Individual should not sleep or lie down immediately after consuming food because it will make them obese.
  • Take a proper time for the breakfast, lunch and dinner, and do not eat mouth full, it will make you to hunger for the next meal .

These are certain practical ways to prevent diabetes by following good and healthy diet pattern.

2) Exercise;

  • Modern life made the humans so comfort and luxurious, these habits tends to have a disease occurrence in them. Every individual should need to know that body's physical activity is one of the key factor for good metabolism.
  • Diabetes is clinically identified as excess glucose in the body. it will be consumed only by having good exercise..
  • As it known, that Obesity is the major risk factor for these diabetes, so one of the best way to prevent individual from getting obesity is to have good physical activity by means of having exercise.
  • Every individual should exercise and need to do it maximum at the same time where they did on yesterday..doing in an inappropriate time will change your dietary pattern.
  • Don't do complex exercise always do simple and easy exercise. Do exercise in the every morning and every evening.
  • Try to make a schedule and do it regularly it will make the body more fit and free from obesity and
    diabetes

Doing exercise is one of the primary way to prevent the individual from obesity and diabetes.

3) Knowledge and Awareness;

  • Every individual should have a minimum knowledge of diabetes and its causative factors. If they are lack in knowledge they will not prevent its occurrence.
  • Teachers may get the knowledge about these disease and they should teach on their class about the approaches to prevent it.
  • Every individual should check their blood glucose level for every 3 months regularly and know their status and it will be very easy to prevent the disease in an earlier stage and also to prevent its complication.
  • individual who has the family history diabetes must be very carefull in their activities and diet pattern, they have a more chance to get the disease comparing to others.
  • Health profession may conduct public program regarding the disease and its preventive methods.
  • Spread the knowledge and awareness of the disease through social medias, magazine and in television

So that the people will gain knowledge about the disease and they will be more protective and preventive. These are the certain important approaches to prevent the diabetes in coming days.
