Waist circumference - 41inches

Triglycerides - 142 mg/dl

HDL - 52mg/dl

Yes , she has many elevated risk factors . These risk factors are :-

- High BP (normal value is 120/80mmhg)

- High BMI ( normal BMI is 18.5 to 25 )

- Increased waist circumference ( less than 35 inches )

Her risk factor suggests that she can have cardiovascular disease such as heart failure , atherosclerotic heart disease etc .

- Adapting healthy diet like eating fruits , vegetables ,salads etc
