This results in the reduced quality of the healthcare settings. Continuous work for the healthcare professionals makes them tired as well as they are unable to provide a better quality of he health care. This may result into patient's unsatisfaction. When patient will be unable to get better treatment and care then they would take time to recover as well as they have to suffer sometimes with the rude behavior of the healthcare professionals those are exhausted due to long working hours.

After the selection of the employees, the compensation and benefits play a major role in retention and motivation. HR has to keep in mind that for the retention of the employees, they must get better benefits and advanatges. If an employee feels that they are receiving a good compensation and benefits package from a company, they are more likely to work harder. If the salary will be not up to the mark but other benefits will be provided then many of the employees will ready to retain and work.
