The legal considerations when hiring a medical receptionist are

  • Assessing for any legal cases on the person in relation to past work and personal
  • They are not bound to work for more than one organization because they handle the patient files and data ,aware of what the patient history is and there are chances for misuse
  • A Certification of Medical Assistant or an Associate degree is necessary for hiring hiring staff ,to check then active licence

Some of the major risk during hiring process are

  • When the recruiter is not trained ,qualified or knowledgeable in regards to the position of hiring
  • Chances of selecting a candidate on the basis of resume,face to face interview without assessing the fine,soft ,technical skills etc., needed for the position hired
  • If the interviewer uses a simple method to hire a candidate
