Abrasion :

It Is defined as it is a partial thick ness wound caused by damage of the skin, it involves the epidermis and dermis, it having minimal bleeding.

Help in Cleaning process :

* first hand washing is important as a aseptic procedure.

* Next help the cleaning of wound with under the cool or Luke warm water with soap as a disinfectant.

* Remove the dirt particles.

* If it is minor no bleeding leave it openly to heal by applying some ointment.

* If it is bleeding apply pressure gently to reduce bleeding.

* then clean with hydrogen peroxide and next with bettadine solution.

* then apply sterile gauze pad with antibiotic ointment and do the dressing.

In these all areas we need to help them to clean the wound.

For foot injury preparation :

* first RICE has to follow

Rest

Ice

Compression

And Elevation

These are very important while fracture time.

* visual examination is done.

* x - ray should taken to know the which area is damaged.

* physical assessment can do if it is not having any swelling and bleeding, otherwise don't move the foot.

* if it is crushed emergency surgical plan should be done.

* then provide corrective shoes, and supportive shoes.
