Quality monitoring is very essential in the health care system. The quality performance is from the continuum of theoretically simple to complex and excellent.

A performance report is something which is provided by the authoritating bodies to show and exhibit that the money was spent efficiently. Health care quality to be more effective and useful all the domains of it has to be fulfilled. The most important is the performance quality which can be assessed and monitored with internal review audit which would make the health care members to know their weakness and improve their individualised care.

When there is poor quality performance if affects the health care as it would not provide a clear picture of what policies and protocols to be receiving the better holistic care. When the quality performance reporting is not clear or poor this would not have a positive feedback which in turn bring service user with less flow to the utilization of Health care.

Thus the health care quality depends on quality performance evidence as it caters the health care team to be more transparent.
