Education and learning in the BSN programme can largely influence a student ( influenced me) in every aspect of her life including the way of her approach to problems in practice and real life.
( I was a person who fear problems, or I try to avoid challenges or problematic situation as there was no courage in me to face it)
BSN Programme helps to develop a person's personality, knowledge level, competence, skills, problem solving skills. This educational programme teach the students regarding critical thinking, problem solving method, the ways to assess the problems and to develop plan of action etc. After the course the student will be thorough even in evaluating the effectiveness of an implemented strategy, whether it is successful or not.
In real life, a BSN graduate student approaches a problem differently, when comparing with her past life, before the course. Now when she approaches a problem, she will have a courage to face it as she already come across with many challenges in her studies and in clinical settings during the training period. She knows that there are a number of alternatives or solutions to problems or challenges, that she can formulate , after assessing the problems and its severity. She can choose a best alternative solution from all planned solution and she can implement it. Even in life also 'there is a solution for every problem ' , either we can solve it completely or we can control it.
( With my BSN course my personality got developed and my perspective to life and challenges in life got changed. I got more courage to face the problems and now am having a confidence that I can face the life or my practice area without worry ).
