Taking an example of Dental Plaques/Chronic peridontitis.

a. Aspect of your health(good/bad) at this time

I have been suffering from chronic peridontitis. My gums seems to be swollen along with bleeding. Plaques have been made my teeth movable. Also the gaps between my teeth has been randomly increasing. I cannot speak or laugh freely before my friends.

b.Proximal Cause to have that Condition:

• Improper brushing techniques
• Improper flossing of teeth after eating food

c. Cause of most proximal cause to happen:

The cause of the most proximal cause of peridontitis is lack of knowledge about the plaque formation, How does it affects the gums and teeth and what are the effects of plaque formation on oral health.

d. Distal cause that caused the second cause happen

The second cause is Lack of maintaining proper oral hygiene. The distal cause for the second cause is Lack of awareness on oral hygiene and it's importance.
