1.
Hitler observed that organized labor were controlled by the labor unions and they exerted more control than he could. In response to it, he banned all the trade unions and launched a new organization that was named as German labor force / front. It was the organization, that was going to look after the organized labor in the Germany. Though, it was a ploy by Hitler to control the organized labor or workforce in the theme of patriotism, to be spread by the newly formed organization.
With this, Hitler offered concessional holdiays, theater visits and other leisure activities, but banned the rights to perform strike that was considered to be as a right of the organized workers. This move was supported by German labor force and anybody not following these guidelines, were given punishments.
Besides, Hitler created jobs that were of low quality to reduce the unemployment and people not going into these jobs, were put behind the bars after labeling them as a job shy. Hitler also did not include women in unemployment rate calculation. As a result, unemployment rate came down and Hitler advertised it as his policy success. It led the some of organized labor force to convince that he is the right chancellor despite many issues and banning of their rights as workers.
