Ans:- in first case the client had pneumonectomy 24hrs ago but no complication is mentioned there and he is also lying on high fowler position so this will be more comfortable for him to breath properly, so the client can be assessed later

The third case is also almost the same there is no complication

In second case the client is having copd and also hemoptysis but this is not mentioned that the hemoptysis is mild moderate or the sever one if client is having mild to moderate then it can be treated with antibiotics therapy and if he is having sever then bronchial artery embolization or broncoscopic laser surgery is recommended that all need surgical interventions

While in last case as mentioned the client is having heart blockage so he is not able to pump the proper amount of blood to our vital organs and moreover he is having productive cough and the secretions are higher in amount so they are blocking his airway and making him restless so the nurse should first assess the last client
