31. Option E is correct as Diuretics are the medication used to lose the body fluids by the excretion or elimination process. On the other hand anti-diuretics lead to retention of the body fluids and hence develop the conditions of the hypertension or vascular edema. Thus diuretics treat the hypertension as well as edema.
