B. The number of participants with a graduate degree is not significantly different from those with a high school diploma

chi square test is a statistical hypothesis test of the null hypothesis. In this check whether there is a significant deference between expected frequencies and observed frequencies.

in this data set there will be a significant differance in percentage of high school male and female, but most of the femaale and male were in the college level education status. the graduate level male population were more compared with female that is 25.5 and 20.3 respectively.
