Although, there is gender inequality still persist in our environment but comparing to the past, it has been improved alot. At present era, women are getting their most of the rights. In many developing countries women were not allowed to step out of the house, they were meant to handle the household work, some of the countries still follow this. But there have been alot of changes since 1950. Many companies have female staffs and almost they do their jobs.
