How does maintaining a positive life role assist with prevention/ management of chronic health conditions? Use an example to explain the relationship between behavioural risk factors and the incidence of chronic diseases (35 - 70 words).

Chronic diseases has to be controlled with medication, food habits, exercise, changes in life style etc. Approach positively to manage chronic diseases. Prevention is better than cure. Preventive measures such as healthy and balanced diet, regular exercise, avoidance of alcohol, smoking etc has to be followed to prevent getting diseases.

For example cardiac disease : Behavioral changes such as avoiding alcohol, smoking and other drug substances helps to decrease the incidence of cardiac disease. Regular exercise and well balanced healthy diet helps to decrease the incidence of cardiac disease. Thus behavioral changes much helpful to decrease many chronic diseases.
