There are fields that every individual can make good progress and can reach to higher designations as one follows with passion and his expertise increases with passage of time.

3) Learning from peers:-

Every individual may not be good at every work in the chosen field. The individual should interact with peers and communicate with the managers and get their inputs. The individual should be able to work in groups as most of the projects have many individuals working and team work becomes significant in completion of project in the stipulated time period. It also helps in improving the communication skills which help in effective execution.
