Vegan diet refers to eating only plant based foods.It is considered to be one of the healthiest diet choices. It can reduce the rate of cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, certain cancers, atherosclerosis, elevated blood pressure,stroke.It has very low saturated fats thus reducing heart problems .
