1) the social determinants that affect the health of rural population are as follows-

a) the belief system of the society. in other words we can say what the society prefer in terms of health care facilities like there are people in rural areas those do not prefer to go to a doctor if they are ill they always depend on forest herbs and medicines that they get from there ancient specialist. but some times some dangerous disease may attack them which are not easily recognisable and it might even kill them. so there belief system plays an important role in there health.

b) there diet. the rural people generally does not get neutricious food and most of the time they are not even aware of the neutritional value of few foods and they dont incorporate them in there diet and stay under neutritiond.

2) there should be policies regarding spreading awarness about medical facilities, how it can help people in getting better health and the need to go to a doctor etc. it will help them shape and reshape there belief about medical and doctors.

there should be campaign and advertisement about neutrational value of foods so that people know and choose the right food for them.
