b. According to prescription, 80ml to be infused in 60 min means 80/60 ml in one min

given iv tubing delivers 12 gtt/ ml

therefore 1 ml = 12 gtt

80/60 ml will be equal to 12* 80/60 16 gtt

so at 16 gtt/min fluid will be infused in an hour.
