Answer: The quantitative research process can be easily as it depends upon the measurement, quanity. Some of the advantage of quantitative research are:

  • It can be easily measured
  • Straight analysis can be done.
  • Enables measuring the gaps.
  • The data are more reliable.
  • The behavior pattern can be determined.

The disadvantages are:

  • Problem in setting research model.
  • It could falsely focus on the numbers.
  • Human behavior can not be identified.

The advantages of qualitative research are:

  • It enables the researchers to understand the behaviour pattern.
  • Insights of research can be obtained.
  • There is always open end process.

The disadvantages are:

  • It depends upon the experience of the researcher.
  • May give wrong data sometimes.
  • Results can not be replicated.
