TYLENOL IS ANALGESIC AND ANTIPYRETIC.THE BASIC COMPONENT OF TYLENOL IS ACETAMINOPHEN.IT IS A NSAID.ieNON STEROID ANTIINFLAMATORY DRUG.IT IS USED IN FEVER AND PAIN LIKE HEAD ACHE ,MUSCLE SPAMS,TOOTH ACHE.

CODEINE IS A OPIOD.IT IS USED TO TREAT PAIN.CODEINE IS MOST EFFECTIVE IN COMBINATION WITH NSAIDS.SO ITS USUALLY COMBINE WITH ACETAMINOPHEN.

CAFFEINE- CAFFEINE IS A CNS STIMULANT.IN COMBINATION WITH NSAIDS CAFFEINE IMPROVES THE EFFICACY OF NSAIDS.SO THESE THREE DRUGS ARE SYNERGESTIC DRUG REACTIONS.SO THESE ARE USED COMBINALLY FOR TREATING PAIN
