Diet plan using the above ingredients :-

Morning - 2 cups of milk and 2 oz of grain ( oats ) 1 cup fruits

Afternoon - 11/2 cup vegetables , 3 ounze of grain ( rice or wheat ) and 3 oz meat

Evening - 1/ 2 cup fruits

Night - 1 oz grain , 2.5 oz meat , 1 cup vegetables
