a. The Bureaucratic Leadership is the management system used to this day by a few large corporations. This leadership style can have a massive impact if you're dealing with a highly regulated business environment. This management style is also very effective when used in companies that do not require a great deal of employee innovation or creativity.
b. One of the leadership styles postulated by Max Weber in 1947 is hierarchical leadership. It is a management system through which employees are made to follow specific rules and authority lines created by the superiors. Leaders in this environment of leadership provide a form of separation for the work requirements to be completed by teams. In this situation, each ruler has different authority in their jurisdiction, there is a command line. They also don't like more flexible laws. Instead, they prefer to be governed by rigid rules and regulations.
c. There are some unique elements that are commonly practiced that distinguish this style of leadership from others. Bureaucratic leaders create a defined separation of labor requirements to be completed by a team. It is based on a simple chain of command, each leader having a specified power structure.
Similarly, administrative leaders tend to prefer rigid rules, laws, and regulations. When uncertainty can be removed from the equation, there may be less unexpected consequences. There are more prospects for personal growth for everyone with greater predictability.
