The benefits of reviewing the effectiveness of work undertaken and/or services provided to clients, in relation to identified social and cultural factors impacting on clients, groups or communities is the generation of a bond of trust and the services provided will be inclusive, leading to improved adherence to treatment options and better recovery of the patient and the patient becoming loyal to the healthcare organization.
