Imagine you opened a Saudi Arabian Cafe in Philadelphia, Design three products for this cafe. What part of each product is a pure product and what part is service? What is the price of each product? How did you reach the price that you designed? What is your customer value proposition?

In a country like Philadelphia the great taste of the Arabic cuisine can be experimented at a Saudi Arabian Cafe.When asked about the three products which can be introduced to the Philadelphian tounges are the ofcourse the following three delicacies:

PRODUCT DESIGN:

* Laban

*Shawarma

*Muttabaq

The reasons for the selection of these three delicacies are ofcourse the diet concerned and light tummy approach of philadelphian population and the weather situation.

PRODUCT AND SERVICE DISTINCTION:

The basic products offered in the cafe is ofcourse the food served whereas the Chef who prepares these delicacies with utmost care and love and the people who serve these dishes on your table with that warm smile are the ambassadors of the service offers at the cafe.

PRODUCT PRICING AND JUSTIFICATION:

The currency used in philadelphia is US $.

*Laban - $2- $5

The reason for this pricing is that Laban is a yogurt based drink with dips in it which comprises of fruits and nuts.So the basic laban will cost $2 while expensive fruit dips costs higher.

*Shawarma -$15

Shawarma being a fuller dish which can be a wholesome meal which consists of flour and minced meat .This can thus be priced at this.

*Muttabaq -$20

Muttabaq is similar to basic bread pockets and is filled with chicken slices and vegetables in it.It is a fuller dish and thus can be served as a main course as well as side dish.

CUSTOMER VALUE PROPOSITION:

The customer value proposition can be justified due to the pricing equalisation decisiions as mentioned above.The cafe aims at providing service and products which provides maximum customer satisfaction and value maximisation.The potential customers can thus be ensured that the products served at the cafe meet the value norms.
