The implications of 3D printing for nursing include;

The use of the biological gelatin ink, as these devices, now is; capable of producing three-dimensional replicas of biological organs. 3-D printing makes it possible to produce medical implants that may be carefully calibrated to suit the individual needs of a patient need. This can make recovery smoother and faster. It can ease elder care as in old patients who have swallowing problems this technology can make it easier to supply patients with core nutritional essentials through appealing foods that are safe to consume,(Maryville University). All this can be very cost effective, (Pando, 2018)
