Office manager are business professional who are responsible for a diverse set of administrative tasks who are responsible for a diverse set of administration task. whether calculating payroll or hiring new enployees, office managers must perfome theri duties with accuracy for a business to perform well. My experiance as medical office manager was to greet patients, set apointments, and handele billing, while managers working within a corporate office may focus exclusively on one aspect of business, such as insurance processing. duties also might include evulating office procedures and looking for more eficient ways of conducting processes. Office manager is adept at supervising other employess in a fair consistent manner. They must have increase both prductivity and work quality . supervisory duties may also include hiring and firing employees and reslving disputes or other issue that arise among employees.
