1. Hazard, incident and injury reporting.

At workplace many accidents are bound to occur some are natural and inevitable others can be prevented from happening. Hazard is a danger or risk. Incident can occur in-house i.e indoors or outdoors. Irrespective of where the incident happens reporting in time place, persons involved, number of causalities occurred all has to be properly documented.injury reporting involves all the details of the injury happened to the person at what time and place of occurrence, witnesses present at that time.

3. Human resources policies and procedures:- Human resources policies and procedures are planned in every settings and are displayed in the department. These are the guidelines set by management and are approved.

9. Use of PPE:- PPE means personal protective equipments . Items included in PPE are safety gown , apron, mask , gloves, headcap, eye goggles, shoes. The above mentioned are recited considering a hospital setting. For every job the PPE differs. Wearing PPE is important to prevent infection. Every patient potentially is at risk of developing infection.

10. Emergency procedures:- there are well defined emergency procedures in every setting . These are to be followed by all the personnel involved in department.
