Quality Improvement - It is a method through which enhancement of any process is done. It can be defined as the combined efforts of everyone ie the healthcare professional, patients and their families, planners. to make changes that will lead to better patient outcomes , better system performace. Research is kind of systematic investigation which includes the research development, testing and evaluation, designed to develop or contribute to generalizable knowledge

So, in the organization it can be used to by the HR professional to observe. workers, recording information about their working habits etc. The quantitative data can be used to track product- -vity as these data can be used to rank employees, work units which helps in promotion or the termination on the basis of their work productivity These research can be incorported in research health care setting as by the outcomes of patient satisfaction level, in the treatment of disease of a particular commenity Random selection of the people suffering from any kind of disorder and treatment provided to them.
