Principles of vaccination are almost likely to same as principles of drug administration, in whuch we have to keep mainly five R in our mind which are...R- Right drug, R- Right time, R- Right route, R- Right person, R-Right dose
And during any vaccine administeration we have to keep in mind that , vaccine should be well protected at its required temp. either it will loose its potential.
We have to check immunization card of person to varify previous doses of vaccine which had been taken by person.
So these are some basic principles which should be kept in mind during vaccine administeration.
Mechanism of action of vaccine- When we are administering vaccine in any body it means that we are injecting same virus into person's body but in weak strain which can not cause any harm, either it will be dead or if it is live so it will be weak starin of particular virus, by the administration of that viral strain into body we are activating person's immune system to produce antibody against that one passively, which is tha mechanism of action of any vaccine.
