Answer: Ethical values are the values which a person things that is morally right and good for the others. Ethical values includes the welfare of the others and not having intention to harm others.

The example of ethical values such as the involvement of ethics in the healthcare professions such as taking care of patients with bias, providing autonomy, creating safe environment so that patients may feel comfortable. Showing empathy towards the patients and providing culturally competent environment. The moral values involves all the rights of doing betterment of the the people.

The need of ethical considerations is important in daily life as well as in the healthcare organization as the need of ethical concern is mandatory to provide better quality of care to the patients.
