Because many people are staying at home due to quarantine due to the covid-19 crisis, can be observedthat one way a business can be creative is engage more in the digital platforms as people are struck to their homes and their mobile devices. Where tourism industry can continuously keep in touch with that of travel enthusiast make them plan for the upcoming trip where as a result of this we can make the customers more and more enthusiastic on the whole and from the digital platforms a phone line can be arranged where individually a customer can be called and ask about the details giving suggestions on the the trip according to his interest and suggest him with the budget planning etc. In this way a lot of potential customers can be gained during this season which can be helpful for the upcoming time. One such company is MakeMyTrip which is an answering its customers into virtual travel and making them understand about the importance of planning your travel efficiently so that the people are getting many insights all in all.
