Omega 3 Fatty acids: Consumption of omega 3 Fatty acids is linked to increased serotonin production so consume fatty fish like mackerel,salmon,nuts like almond,seeds,walnuts,green leafy vegetables.
Antioxidants: Our body releases certain free radicals which regulates our emotions,ageing,.So this can be be made better by consuming foods Rich in antioxidants.colourfull fruits and vegetables are the highest source of antioxidants.like brocolli, tomatoes,bell peppers,green leafy vegetables,berries,cherries,kiwi,dragon fruit,orange,lemon.
