As per the values given by USDA for a bowl of cereal the nutritive values are:

Fat per serving: 0.5 gram of fat which means it is lean in this cereal because the content of fat is reduced in this cereal.

Sugar: the sugar content should be 5 GM per servings where the sugar level is decreased than the normal which means sugar is reduced or less

Cholesterol per serving : it should be 0.0 mg per serving whereas in this cereal the level is high
