1) "The first factor person was subconscious about living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle in order to sustain longevity for their lifespan. However, the second person, due to a high stressed lifestyle with minimum effort to alter habits, life expectancy was reduced to 56 years."

2) "Changing the 3 factors made a direct impact in the lifestyle choices chosen and shown as a result. The two estimates completely differed from life expectancy being drastically different to also reducing a high or worrisome stressed environment."

Answer 1: It has been explained in this sentence that the first person does not have any idea of being healthy and adopting healthy lifestyle can increase the lifespan by decreasing the chances of illness. Whereas the second person having stressed life style but he is unable to change his life style or habits which causes decrease in the life span.

Answer 2: The sentence states that bringing change by modifying atleast 3 factors can directly affect the lifestyle and it also shows results. There is a difference between the two estimation as life expectancy which is different from stressed environment.
