Turandos, hurricane, heavy rain and earthquake resulted in thousand of death and many more effected. Through out the history disaster have had significant impact on number of people, on their life style and on their health too . It include death, severe injuries, risk of communicable disease , damage to health facilities, damage to water system food storage etc . The auther focus on natural disasters which occure by own self rather than act associated with human behavior which effect large population in widespread graphic reason. Disaster directly impact on human health cause physical truma , acute disease and emotional truma.

Disaster also increase the morbidity and mortality related with chronic disease and infectious disease through the impact on health care system.
