No organ sell shouldn't be legalised, it's a very progressive idea for highly developed world but for today's world the outcomes will be disastrous.

The facts that we know but we have to analyze before implementing such laws.

Today the majority of countries in world is suffering from high rate of unemployment , and poverty specially African , Asian and South American countries where majority of population exist.

If organ sell is legalised the poverty stricken people sell the organ to live not with a thought to save someone's life.

The unemployed youth in early ages of youth may take a risk or organ donation just to earn money. As youth always have high expectations for good standard of living.

The countries where terrorism exist or in terrorist control , the terrorist use the civilian for organ trafficking and earning the money.

The underdeveloped countries like African where health facilities is already not good, the organ sell operation aftermath may will be disastrous and lethal to that person and society . The operation not under specialist doctor and proper theatre may led to and health emergency situation in world.

Many developing countries have large economy like India but facing the large income disparity problem and large no. of poor people in such countries organ sell may create hazardous problem to whole society as to earn money in one go .

The last but not the least the patriarchal system of world may led to deteriorate the condition of women more. The husband or male member to earn money may force the wife or female of the family for organ sell. Forcefully or through emotional torture make them ready to organ sell.
