Medication: Acetylcholine

Dose: 2cc/10% Acetylcholine

Available :2cc/20%Acetylcholine

When 1% solution=1000mg (standard rate)

Then 10%=100mg /cc(1ml contains 100mg Acetylcholine, 2ml contains 200mg )

And 20%=200mg/cc(1ml contains 200mg Acetylcholine, which is the ordered dose )

Hence to get a dose of 2cc Acetylcholine from 20%acetylcholine 1no is the required dose
