Fat soluble vitamins are A,D,E,K.It can be stored in the body from few days to months .It can cause harmful effect when consumed in large quantity. They are metabolized in fat cells and then absorbed by small intestine and then stored in the fat cells. The excess fat soluble vitamins are stored in liver.
