1. The acronym DRI means Dietary reference intake .

Dietary reference intake is a general term for a set of reference value used to plan and assess the nutrient intake of healthy people .

It includes RDA ( Recommended dietary allowance), AI ( Adequate intake) , EAR ( Estimated average requirement) , UL ( Tolerable upper intake level) .

EAR - Estimated average requirement. It is the daily I take value of a nutrients that is estimated to meet the dietary requirements of half the healthy individual in a life stage .

RDA- Recommended dietary allowance . It is a value to be used as a goal for dietary o take by an individual

AL- Adequate intake

UL - upper intake level

AMDR - Acceptable Macronutrient Distribution Range
